The service

Agentspay provides agentic payments infrastructure: agent wallets, spend controls, human-in-the-loop approvals, scoped virtual cards, payouts, and an audit trail, offered as a control plane that works with your chosen rails and issuer. We may improve, change, or add features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of the payment networks and issuers you connect.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass the spend controls, approval gates, or other safeguards.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Policy and approvals

You are responsible for the policies you configure, including spend limits, allowlists, and approval thresholds. Agentspay enforces the policies you set and never moves money without a matching rule, but you decide what those rules are.

Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you choose. Fees are described on our pricing page. Taxes may apply.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Examples, amounts, sample cards, and audit records shown on this site are illustrative. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentspay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
