AI Agent Wallet - Give Each Agent a Funded Budget
A wallet is the unit of trust for agent money. Give each agent its own funded wallet with a hard budget, and it can only ever spend what is inside, never your full balance.

In short
An AI agent wallet is a funded, budgeted account that belongs to a single agent. You top it up to a set amount, attach spend limits and rules, and the agent draws from it. Because the wallet is capped and policy-gated, the agent cannot exceed its budget or spend outside the rules you wrote.
How it works
What AI agent wallet gives you
One wallet per agent
Isolate budgets so a bug or prompt injection in one agent can never drain another agent or your main account. Each wallet has its own balance, owner, and policy.
Hard budgets
Fund a wallet to a fixed amount. When it runs low, you decide whether to top it up. There is no overdraft and no surprise spend.
Owned by a named human
Every wallet maps to a human owner and an agent identity, so accountability is built in from the first dollar.
It is one surface in the flow. AI agent wallet works alongside the other control surfaces so every agent transaction is checked against policy before any money moves. See the full picture on how it works and the security page.

Frequently asked
Questions people ask about AI agent wallet
What does it mean for an AI agent to have a wallet?
It means the agent has its own funded balance rather than access to your company account. The wallet holds a set amount, carries its own policy, and is owned by a named person. The agent can spend from it and nothing else, so the worst case is bounded by the balance you funded.
Do AI agents need a crypto wallet?
Only if they buy from machine-to-machine services that settle onchain. Most US business agents buy SaaS renewals, ads, travel, and supplies from ordinary merchants that take cards, so a fiat-funded agent wallet backed by a scoped virtual card reaches far more of what they actually need.
How is an agent wallet different from a shared company card?
A shared card gives every agent the same unlimited credential and no way to tell their spending apart. An agent wallet isolates budget per agent, so one buggy loop cannot drain another team's budget, and every charge is already attributed to a specific agent and owner before reconciliation starts.
What happens when an agent wallet runs out of money?
The next transaction is declined. There is no overdraft and no automatic borrowing from another wallet, which is the point: the funded amount is a hard ceiling. You decide whether to top it up, and the decline lands in the audit trail so you can see which agent hit its limit and why.

Spend controls
Spend controls
Spend controls are what stop a runaway agent. Set caps, allowlists, and velocity rules once, and Agentspay enforces them on every transaction before any money moves.
ExploreHuman approvals
Human approvals
For the spend that matters, you want a person in the loop. Set a threshold and any transaction above it is held for a one-tap approve or deny before it settles.
ExploreVirtual cards
Virtual cards
Hand an agent a card, not your card. Agentspay issues scoped virtual cards that are merchant-locked, single-use, and time-bound, so a leaked number is worthless beyond its scope.
ExploreAudit trail
Audit trail
When finance asks which agent spent this, you need one answer. Agentspay writes every transaction to an immutable audit trail, traced to intent, agent, owner, and policy.
