Refund Policy

In force from October 14, 2026

Summary. What you pay AgentsPay for a plan is not returned. There are three exceptions, all of them about billing going wrong on our side or someone else using your card, and each one has to be backed by records. Cancelling is self-serve and stops the next renewal.

Which money this policy is about

This page covers the subscription fee for your AgentsPay plan (Starter, Plus, Scale or Enterprise), billed monthly or yearly as shown on the pricing page. It does not cover the funds your agents move through wallets, cards or payouts. Those belong to you and your counterparties, and returning one of them is a refund your own policies and approval rules decide, inside the product.

A plan buys a period of access to the control plane: wallets, spend policies, approvals, scoped cards and the audit trail, within the plan limits. That access starts in full on day one of the period. A month in which no agent spent anything is billed the same as a month with thousands of approvals.

Starting the service and the right to withdraw

Subscribing is a request for us to begin providing the service at once. You acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply ends as soon as we start. The sandbox demo is there so you can run a payment through approvals and the audit log before deciding to pay.

Cancelling and renewing

Plans renew on their own until you turn renewal off in your account. Doing so takes effect right away for every future period and needs no message to us. You keep the workspace, policies and history until the period you have paid for runs out. Turning renewal off is not a refund request.

On the renewal date the next period opens and its fee becomes due. If your bank declines the payment, our payment operator tries the same invoice again over the next few days. Each retry is the same unpaid amount, not a new charge, and switching renewal off during retries only affects later periods. A renewal collected on a retry is final like any other. To avoid one, switch renewal off before the date shown in your account.

Not a reason for a refund

  • You decided not to deploy agents with spending power, or your project was paused.
  • No wallets were funded, no cards issued or no approvals requested during a paid period.
  • An agent was blocked or a payment held because a policy you configured did exactly what it was set to do.
  • Your issuer, bank, card network or payment rail declined, delayed or reversed a transaction your agent attempted.
  • A renewal went through, whether on the first attempt or after a retry.
  • You took the plan for a one-time purchase, although the pricing page, checkout and account all say it renews.
  • You missed the renewal date, or switched renewal off just after it.
  • You chose a plan, term or limit that turned out bigger than you needed.
  • A feature you expected is not described on the pricing page or works differently from your assumption.
  • Days left in a period after you switched renewal off. There is no pro-rating.
  • Activity by a colleague or anyone else with access to your login.

The three exceptions

We return a subscription charge only in one of these cases, only when it can be shown, and never above the affected charge:

  • You were billed twice. Our billing charged the same period two times.
  • The card was used without your authority, and that is proven. You report it within 14 days of the charge and the account and transaction records confirm it. A statement alone does not decide it. We may ask you to confirm that the card issuer has been told as well.
  • AgentsPay did not work at all. A confirmed fault on our side made the whole service unusable for an unbroken period, you told us while it was going on, and we did not restore it. Slow responses, one failed call, or problems in your own systems, connectors or network are outside this.

An approved refund goes to the card that paid, is limited to what was paid for the affected period, and fully settles our liability for that charge. It does not open the way to further refunds.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, no later than 14 days after the charge. Give the date and amount and name the exception you rely on. Late requests and requests sent any other way are not reviewed, and a declined request is reopened only if new evidence comes in.

Evidence we hold

Opening an account means accepting our Terms of Service, which include this page, and our Privacy Policy. For each subscription we retain the time of purchase, the plan and price displayed at checkout, your acceptance, the receipts and renewal notices we sent, and the account activity log: sign-ins, API keys created, policies edited, approvals given and wallet events.

Our payment operator separately records every transaction, including the card's issuing country and the outcome of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Claims of unauthorised use are weighed against both sets of records.

Disputes with your bank

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first. A chargeback opened without doing that breaches the Terms of Service. We answer it with the records above, and the account is closed for good, together with its wallets configuration and audit history.

Earlier purchases

A payment made before October 14, 2026 is governed by the terms in force when it was made. Renewals from that date onward follow this policy.
